How to enrol a school with Ukuvuna Online?
We have explained the process of enrollment below to make it easy for you to sign up your schools’ teachers to earn CPDT points online.
Enrol Online
Start off by registering your school on our website
Commit to and enrol with us before 31 January 2021 and only pay R2250 per month for the first year. We offer a 12-month contract, and schools may enrol any time during the year to gain access to our online app.
Enrol all your teachers
Once you have registered your school you can enrol your teachers all at once
You will receive an email with a link to a downloadable spreadsheet; when you click on the link, your spreadsheet will automatically download. Once you have your spreadsheet, you can complete it by adding all your teachers to the list. We have given you one example of a teacher in the spreadsheet, which you can delete once you have seen the example.

Submit your Teacher Capture Sheet to enrol your teachers
Please email your completed Teacher Capture Sheet to enrol@ukuvuna.online. Once we have received your list of teachers, we will complete the sign-up process for your teachers.
Teachers Login
Registered teacher can now login and begin earning CPDT points
Teachers will be emailed a link that will direct them to a page where they can set their own login details.
Enrol Your School
Commit and enrol before October 2020 and only pay R2250 per month for the first year. We only offer 12 month contracts which can be renewed yearly. Try our app risk free from 1st November 2020.
